What is an Aeterna Legacy “Space”?

A dedicated memorial website for your loved one with pages for Persona, Eulogy, Memories (photos & videos), Condolences (guestbook), and Service & Burial details.

How long does a Space stay online?

Your plan determines the term (e.g., Monthly, 1 year, 5 years, 10+).

Can I add or edit photos and text later?

Yes. You get access to the editor where you can update the Persona, Eulogy, Memories, main photo, templates and more at any time.

Who can post in the Condolences (guestbook)?

Anyone with the link can submit a message. Space Admin can approve/hide entries to keep things respectful.

What if I lose my login?

Use “Need help signing in?” on the login page to reset access using your email. If you need extra help, contact support@aeternalegacy.com.

Can multiple family members help manage the Space?

Yes. But they will need your log in information.

How do I share the Space at the service?

We recommend printing the URL or a QR code on programs, frames, or a small sign near the guestbook. (QR asset will be available in your Editor Panel.)

For Funeral Homes & Partners

How does the partnership work?

You present Aeterna Legacy to the family as an optional add-on. After payment through your arrangement, you provide basic details (that you already have) and we deliver the Space to the family to finalize and edit as they see fit.

Is there revenue sharing?

Yes. We offer a simple, transparent, VERY generous split per plan term. For current partner pricing and remittance details, email partners@aeternalegacy.com.

How fast can a Space be created?

Drafts can be created quickly with essential information (name, dates, photo, service details). within hours. Families can edit when ready.

Do you provide materials for families?

Yes. We can supply a one-page explainer and a QR card template. To request these assets, contact media@aeternalegacy.com or sales@aeternalegacy.com.

Account, Billing & Policies

Do you support email-as-username logins?

Yes, login is email-based for simplicity and security.

Which payments do you accept?

Consumer payments and renewals are handled through our secure processor. Funeral-home remittance is handled via our partner process. For specifics, email sales@aeternalegacy.com.

What happens if a plan expires?

Spaces enter a brief grace period. If not renewed, the Space becomes private. We’ll provide options to export or renew.

How do you handle privacy and data requests?

Technical

Can I use my phone to upload photos and video?

Yes. Upload from mobile or desktop. Large files may take longer; we recommend Wi-Fi for videos.

How do you prevent spam or abuse?

We use multiple safeguards including moderation queues, rate limiting, and anti-spam checks. Families approve guestbook posts before they appear publicly.
