1. Purpose of Service
Aeterna Legacy provides online memorial pages, digital legacy vaults, and related services designed to preserve the memories of loved ones.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or submitting content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create or manage an Aeterna Legacy account.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Content Ownership & License
All text, images, and media you upload remain your property. By submitting content, you grant Aeterna Legacy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and preserve that content for the duration of your plan.
6. Content Restrictions
We strictly prohibit content involving profanity/obscenity, sexual content, violence, hate/discrimination/harassment, defamation, depictions or promotion of drugs/alcohol/substance abuse, and unauthorized copyrighted materials.
7. Service Duration & Plans
The Lifetime Plan is defined as a minimum ten-year term of guaranteed hosting from the date of purchase.
8. Refunds & Data Continuity
In the event of data loss, service discontinuation, or company closure, prorated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the service term (e.g., 50% refund if a $499.99 lifetime plan ends after five years).
