How it works
- Introduce: Present Aeterna Legacy to the family or include it within your existing memorial packages.
- Collect: Accept payment directly from the client or through insurance assignment (we invoice 90 days from space creation).
- Provide (Optional): Offer the service at no cost to your client — we’ll invoice you at the discounted partner rate 90 days later.
- Submit: Send us the basic details and one photo (we can use obituary and service info you already have).
- Deliver: We notify the client by email and text when their memorial space is ready for editing or sharing.(We will need the clients email and phone number.
It is their initial log in details.)
Plans & Revenue Share
Simple, transparent terms. Families choose the duration that’s right for them; you receive a share of each plan. Once you send the details to Aeterna Legacy, your part is complete. For current partner rates, email partners@aeternalegacy.com.
1-Year
Ideal for immediate memorial needs. Renewable or upgradable at any time online by the client.
5-Year
Balanced option for families who want longer-term hosting and updates. If they choose to upgrade later this is also handled by Aeterna Legacy.
Lifetime
Long-term remembrance 10+ years based on life of Aeterna Legacy.
How Each Plan Works for You
Simple and hands-off. Once your team sends us the basic details that you already have(no need to ask for anything extra), Aeterna Legacy handles creation, hosting, and client delivery. You’ll receive your invoice 90 days later at your partner rate.
1-Year Plan
Families pay Original Cost for a one-year memorial. You send us the details, we build and deliver the space directly to them. You’re invoiced The Partner Rate after 90 days.
5-Year Plan
A popular choice for longer remembrance. Families pay Original Cost. We create and host the space for five years with full family access. You are invoiced The Partner Rate after 90 days.
Lifetime Plan
Our long-term option for permanent digital legacy. Families pay Original Cost for Lifetime, and we provide lifetime hosting and updates. You’ll receive The Partner Rate invoice 90 days after creation.
Complimentary Gift Option
If you choose to offer a memorial as part of your packages free or built in to your prices, we’ll still handle creation and hosting for you. You’ll be invoiced at the discounted partner rate after 90 days:
